Part Time

This position does not require prior experience in farming, agriculture, production, or growing experience. What it does require is the ability to learn quickly, follow assigned instructions, do hard work and be a team-player. You will spend most of the day sanitising equipment, tools, facility and site As well as pruning plant with schedule assigned to ensure our grow team can provide the best service and care for our plants. We’re looking for a detail- attentive, positive-attitude candidate to join our team and change the way our community consumes food.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Strictly follow and comply with all safety practices, standards and operating procedures

  • Follow and execute our sanitation schedules

  • Sanitise, clean growing equipment, farm facility, site

  • Follow instruction to maintain health of plants by pruning

  • Participate in continuously improve our sanitation process

  • Perform simple record keeping and data tracking

  • Responsible for completing the farm’s sanitation schedule

  • Provide support to ensure the smooth operation of the farm

Qualifications

  • Good time management skills

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

  • Ability to independently move 10kg bins/containers

  • Eager to learn

  • HKID Holder with existing working visa

  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment in problem resolutions

  • Adjusts to changing conditions and willingness to works off-shift, holidays, and weekends as needed

  • Attention to detail and maintain focus while servicing the plants

Schedule

  • 2 days work week

  • 5 hours per day

  • 08:00-13:00 or 12:00-17:00

  • 30 minutes break

Basic Salary

  • HKD45 per hour
