Full Time

This position does not require prior experience in farming and sales. What it does require is the ability to learn quickly, have great communication, follow assigned instructions to completion, have a great attitude and be a team-player; in other words your heart has to be in it. You will spend most of the day assisting our our team with sales orders and customer relations. The goal is to provide our customers with our best produce seamlessly. We are looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy, detail attentive candidate to join our team.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Take and Follow up on our customers’ orders accurately

  • Update and communicate directly with our customers for order updates

  • Make sure our prices are updated to reflect our target profit margin, costs

  • Input correct data into our internal OS

  • Update our product catalogues

  • Coordinate our customers’ needs with our production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accordingly

  • Ensure all sales documents (invoices, receipts) are distributed

Qualifications

  • Great communication skills

  • Positive attitude

  • HKID Holder

  • Fluent in Verbal and written English and Chinese

  • Adjusts to changing conditions and willingness to work off-shift, holidays, and weekends as needed

  • Attention to details
