Farm Assistant 室內農場助理

Full Time and Part Time (Min. 2 days a week)

This position does not require prior experience in farming, agriculture, production, or growing. What it does require is the ability to learn quickly, follow assigned instructions, perform physical work and be a team-player; in other words your heart has to be in it. You will spend most of the day assisting our operations team with tasks from preparation to facility sanitation. The goal is to create the right environment for our plants to thrive. We are looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy, detail attentive candidate to join our team and change the way our society consumes food.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Follow detailed instructions, expectations and schedules and deliver the task assigned in a timely and thorough manner

  • Assist head growers/farm manager with daily operational tasks (they begin from inventory management to post-harvest sanitation)

  • Plant, harvest, package, and care for our plants from seed to harvest while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our clients with minimal food waste

  • Maintain the health of our plants by applying basic plant protection measures and keeping the nursery farm squeaky-clean

  • Data entry

  • Perform daily production tasks according to SOP (standard of operations) provided

  • Please note that this role requires some shift work to satisfy our customer plant requirements (no night shifts but Saturdays/Sundays will be required)

  • Requires working in a variety of physical conditions including standing for extended periods of time, climbing ladder & between vertical shelves, carrying maximum 30kg at a time.

  • Farm Facilities set up and maintenance (require/learn basic skill of using hammer, screwdriver, electric screwdriver, chainsaw etc.)

Qualifications

  • Great time and schedule management skills (or can follow provided task list and time frame to complete tasks)

  • HKID Holder with existing working visa

  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment in problem resolutions

  • Adjusts to changing conditions and willingness to works off-shift, holidays, and weekends as needed

  • Attention to detail and maintain focus while servicing the plants

  • Fast learner and eager to learn

主要工作內容

- 負責日常農產品生產線工作

- 維持植物健康

- 維持農場地方及工具清潔

- 維持種植系統正常運作

- 需長時間站立工作

- 需搬動重物 <15kg

- 需爬梯工作

- 需週末／公眾假期工作

要求：

- 無需種植經驗，但有種植經驗會優先考慮

- 有責任感

- 有團隊精神及正能量

- 注重清潔及個人衛生

- 懂簡單使用excel

- 略懂英文為佳

5天工作制，08:00-17:00
